I have been practicing weekly yogasana facilitated by Ramesh in Auroville for over two years now. Ramesh brings in a blend of the old with new given his in-depth study of yogasana; its various dimensions from chanting, invocation and movement of the body and breath. His classes inspire, simply as he leads by example. Given my own experience as a yogasana facilitator, it’s a purposeful satisfaction to practice with Ramesh’s discipline and devotion to Being.

Thanks to the regular classes led by Ramesh, I’ve regained the flexibility and tone I’d lost after many years of total inactivity, and despite my age, I managed to reach an unexpected level.
Ramesh’s morning pranayama classes are a great start to the day. Each session is a good mix of beginner and advanced practices, well paced with timely breaks to stretch the body. I particularly enjoy the focus on spinal breathing, mudras, and energy locks which I find deeply energizing.
Ramesh is one of those rare teachers who genuinely live their practice. The way he moves is incredibly precise and clear, and his voice guides you effortlessly through each asana. You feel so held in his instruction that you could practice with your eyes closed. I love his classes.
